Initial Consultation Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Azadeh Haidari-Garmash, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (Legal Name: Azadeh Haidari-Garmash, RCIC #R710392), and You (Client).

The Client agrees to pay the consultation fee shown in the booking tool below for the online immigration advisory session selected.

The session's aim is to gather enough facts to perform a thorough review of the Client's circumstances and deliver tailored advice on immigration pathways, anticipated timelines, and associated costs.

Client Obligations: The Client must supply all relevant documents and truthful information required for a complete assessment. Withholding or misrepresenting any material facts may compromise the accuracy of the advice, void this Agreement, or adversely affect any application or status retention.

The guidance provided reflects Canadian immigration laws and policies in force on the date of the consultation. The Consultant is not liable for subsequent legislative or policy changes that may influence the Client's application.

The Consultant will perform services to the standards expected of a Member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (CICC) but does not guarantee any specific result regarding business, educational, employment, or immigration objectives.

All information and documents shared by the Client will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties—aside from the Consultant's authorized staff—without prior consent, except where required by law.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Azadeh Haidari-Garmash, RCIC #R710392, is a Member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (CICC) and is bound by its By-Law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

By completing payment in the booking tool above, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Initial Consultation Agreement.
